Does work fine. Not with a Zoe though. Really slow though. It appears to have no 3 fase charging. So I get around 3-4 KW.

I didn't say there was.
The 7kW stations just won't work with Zoe's because of the absence of the neuter wire.

Correct, Zoe's can't charge at 7kW stations.
Consult the network status page on the website, it will indicate which charging station is Zoë compatible.
